I’m Mel - Personal Trainer with a dance background who absolutely loves that feeling of achievement after a successful, sweaty workout!
As I progressed through a dance career in my younger years, my love for fitness became stronger, and the aspiration for helping others find that love for fitness became more important to me.
I thrive off creating unique, exciting workouts for all my clients, and delivering them in a way that gets you utterly hooked on that post-workout feeling.
Based in the heart of the South West countryside, I am here to help men, women, families, and friends, overcome their daily barriers to a healthy lifestyle, in order to find a routine for self-love and self-belief.
